Quick-Step Livyn flooring is a sturdy and practical multi-layer floor with a printed surface in a variety of colours. Thanks to its high-quality synthetic core, Livyn is waterproof and sound reducing and is the recommended flooring for a children’s playroom, bathroom or kitchen. Furthermore, Livyn floors feel very warm and soft to the feet, and because of its exceptional thinness can easily be laid on top of existing, level floor coverings.
Livyn floors consist of four layers:
1. A protective PU top coating
The protective PU top coating protects Livyn floors against dirt, stains and scratches and makes them easy to clean. The extra matt gloss level gives Livyn floors their truly authentic look.
2. A transparent wear layer
The transparent wear layer offers maximum protection against wear and tear. For commercial applications, we have developed the Essential Pro range, which comes with an even thicker wear layer.
3. A design layer
The high-quality design layer is available in 15 different looks. High-grade printing techniques ensure a stylish and extremely realistic effect.
4. A waterproof and sound reducing core
The waterproof and sound reducing core provides comfort and durability. If you opt for an Essential Click V4 floor, this layer also features glass fibres for extra stability and the proven and patented Uniclic system for fast and easy glue-less installation.
